Wheat ♥ Pizza ♥

I have a love for pizza of wheat. And it happened all accidentally.
Meant to be? Fo Shizzle.

Here is the crust recipe I use (from allrecipes.com)
(note: I find it nice to read 'tsp' like in Sleeping Beauty: tisp)
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast (2&1/2 tsp)
1 tsp white sugar
1 cup warm water
2&1/2 cup bread flour (I use wheat bread flour)
2 TBS olive oil
1 tsp salt

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a medium bowl, dissolve yesast and sugar in warm water, let stand until creamy (about 10 minutes) 
2. Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth then let it sit for 5 minutes
3. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into desired shape (go crazy! hearts and squares and triangles are fun) transfer your lovely crust to a lightly greased pizza pan etc. (I used a cookie sheet) DECORATE yo pizza. Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes/golden brown. Let it cool
4. EAT! :)


Annnnnnnnnd there ya go! It's nice because you don't have to let the dough rise!
